注重伦理管理制度建设是一个时期以来美国大公司企业文化建设的一个新趋向。由伦理机构、伦理行为规范、伦理信息系统和企业伦理决策机制四个方面构成的企业伦理管理制度,加强了对公司成员行为的伦理约束,提升了公司的文化品质,大大改善了公司的社会公共形象,形成了美国当代企业管理的一大特色。所有这些,对已经开始注意伦理问题的中国企业来说不无启示。
