战鼓催春,新一轮的修志工作已在全国和我省的部分地区和部门展开,大部分地区和部门正在启动续志的理论研讨、队伍培训和资料搜集等准备工作。温故知新,旧方志的优良传统要继承,首届新方志编修的经验也有许多可借鉴。但是,我们目前面临的是经济和信息的全球化的新时代,社会生活日新月异,下一轮的修志要与时俱进,继承创新,必须以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,在理论上做好更加充分的准备。本刊近期的“方志论坛”栏目将以续志理论的研讨为主,欢迎有识之士赐稿。
The war drums urge the spring, and the new round of work on the revision of the Chi has started in some areas and departments in the whole country and in our province. Most regions and departments are now starting preparations for the theoretical study, contingent training and data collection of continuing records. The old wisdom of the old, the old tradition of good records to be inherited, the first revision of the new Chi Chi also have many experiences to learn from. However, what we are now facing is a new era of globalization of the economy and information. Social life changes with each passing day. The next round of revision should keep pace with the times. Inheriting and innovating, we must take the important thinking of the ’Three Represents, Be more fully prepared.
