传统的太阳能热水器存在受气候影响大、水温不稳定等缺陷,为解决这一问题,设计出了一种将太阳能与传统能源相结合的新型太阳能热水器。本文对三菱可编程控制器应用于太阳能热水器的设计思想做了介绍,对控制系统的硬件设计及软件编程进行了详细阐述。实际使用情况表明,基于三菱PLC控制的太阳能热水器不仅节能环保,而且工作可靠,操作方便。
The traditional solar water heater has the defects of being affected by climate and instable water temperature. To solve this problem, a new solar water heater combining solar energy with traditional energy is designed. This article introduces the design thought of Mitsubishi programmable controller applied to solar water heater, and elaborates the hardware design and software programming of the control system in detail. Actual use shows that based on Mitsubishi PLC control of solar water heaters not only energy saving and environmental protection, but also reliable, easy to operate.
