本文以如何提高企业培训的针对性和有效性为研究课题,针对企业培训工作的现状和原因,从建立系统的培训管理流程、根据培训内容选择不同的培训对象和培训方法、建立岗位任职资格标准和员工技能资源库、明确人力资源培训对企业发展的战略意义等四个方面进行了深入浅出地阐述,得出企业从四个方面统一规划员工培训与开发体系,可以提高企业培训的针对性和有效性,从而提高培训的投资回报率的结论。
