采用超高正压射孔方法一贯优于通常被石油工业界认可的无法预言的油管传送负压射孔法。Oryx公司用这种方法对60多口井进行了成功的处理。为了指出负压射孔的不好预言的动态,Oryx公司于1990年开展了这个项目,目的就是要改善初始完井效率,及早销售产品使之转化为更多的利润。本文给出了超压井射孔的概念、机理、作业程序、应用及结果。如果采用超压冲洗,这个作业程序也可用于已射孔的井中。
The use of ultra-high pressure perforating has consistently outperformed the unpredictable tubing-delivered negative pressure perforation method commonly accepted by the petroleum industry. Oryx used this method to successfully treat more than 60 wells. To point out the unpredictable dynamics of negative pressure perforations, Oryx started the project in 1990 with the goal of improving initial completion efficiency and selling products earlier to make it more profitable. This paper presents the concept, mechanism, operation procedure, application and result of overpressure well perforation. This procedure can also be used in a well that has been perforated if over-pressure flushing is used.
