高校后勤服务集团作为高校后勤社会化改革的新生事物,在社会化改革不断深化的进程中,呈现出许多新特点、新问题。如何适应这些新的形势,有针对性的在党建工作中做一些有益的探索,在集团的各项改革发展中发挥了不可替代的作用。 1.高校后勤集团党建工作的新特点 1.1 企业化管理、总经理负责制。随着高校后勤服务实体成建制的从学校行政系统中分离出来组建后勤服务集团,成为学校内部实现企业化管理的一个服务性单位。相对于计划经济时代的行政管理模式是一个重大变革。总经理负责制是企业化管理的必然要求,也是高校后勤社会化改革特色之一,它有别于学校党委领导下的校长负责制和院系党政共同负责制的管理体制。
