农民工的社会保险堪忧的现状是几个方面的原因造成的。与以往的大多数相关研究是站在企业外部的角度责备企业的社会责任和法律意识不同,本文立足于用工企业,从企业内部的角度,通过上门对企业深入访谈的方式,研究了用工企业为农民工缴纳保险的意愿与激励机制。本文的研究把正面激励和负面激励分开来,分别得到了正面激励和负面激励的主要因素以及这些因素对企业的重要性,并对这两类因素进行了比较研究。在对这些因素进行统计分析和比较的基础上,提出了改进用工企业为农民工缴纳保险的具体策略。
The worrisome status of migrant workers in social insurance is caused by several reasons. Most of the related researches in the past are blaming corporate social responsibility and legal awareness from the perspective of outside enterprises. Based on the employment enterprises, this paper studies the enterprises in-depth interview from the perspective of the enterprise, Willingness and incentive mechanism for migrant workers to pay for insurance. The research in this paper divides the positive incentive and the negative incentive, and obtains the main factors of the positive incentive and the negative incentive separately, and the importance of these factors to the enterprise, and compares the two kinds of factors. Based on the statistical analysis and comparison of these factors, a specific strategy of improving employment-oriented enterprises to pay for migrant workers is proposed.
