引言话语与沉默是普遍存在于交际中的两种不同的沟通方式。长期以来,关于沉默的研究比较零散,主要集中在心理学、社会语言学、跨文化交际等角度,从语用学的角度对沉默进行研究一直未得到应有的关注。谚语“沉默是金”、白居易有诗云“此时无声胜有声”都表明沉默在人际交往中具有特殊的交际功能,无声的语言蕴含着超出言语表达的丰富思想。攻击性话语引发沉默回应这样的语言现象在日常生活中出现的情况具有其特殊性。本研究以文学作品《红楼梦》
Introduction Speech and silence are two different forms of communication that are prevalent in communication. For a long time, the research on silence has been fragmented, mainly focusing on psychology, sociolinguistics and intercultural communication. It has been unnoticed to study silence from the perspective of pragmatics. Proverb “silence is gold, ” Bai Juyi poem “silent at this time there is sound ” all show that silence has a special communicative function in interpersonal communication, silent language contains rich ideas beyond the expression of speech. Offensive discourse induces silence in response to such language phenomenon in the daily life of the situation has its particularity. This study takes literary works “Dream of Red Mansions”
