我国农民工工资在1985-1995年非常平稳,但从1996年开始不断上涨,特别是2004年以后出现加速上涨的态势。农民工工资上涨对工业、农业和城市建设等都产生了影响。农民工工资变动的主要原因是由于刘易斯拐点、生活成本上升和中央惠农政策等。在不断增加农民工工资的情况下,政府在制定政策应该促进产业升级、提高农民工技能和促进新农村建设等。
The wage of migrant workers in our country was very steady in 1985-1995, but it has risen continuously since 1996, especially since 2004. Wages of migrant workers have had an impact on industry, agriculture and urban construction. The main reason for the change of wages of migrant workers is due to the inflection point of Lewis, the rising cost of living and the Central Government's benefit policies. Under the circumstance of continuously increasing the wage of migrant workers, the government should formulate policies to promote industrial upgrading, improve the skills of migrant workers and promote the construction of new rural areas.
