1　病例报告 患者,男,47岁,因“意识丧失1小时余”来本院急诊科就诊。患者于发病前8小时曾饮酒2两左右,与其妻发生口角,家属未发现异常行为。1小时余前患者于吸烟后突然出现意识丧失,无尖叫,无四肢抽搐,无口吐白沫,无大小便失禁及恶心、呕吐,遂被家属送来本院就诊。患者平素体健,既 A case report patients, male, 47 years old, due to “loss of consciousness more than 1 hour” to our emergency department.
