介绍了某采用人工挖孔桩的六层框架结构商住楼桩基产生大范围不均匀沉降的情况。分析了产生沉降的原因,采用在原挖孔桩侧边加钢管桩的加固方案,对该工程桩基础进行加固处理,并取得了成功,说明钢管桩是既有建(构)筑物基础加固与托换最常用和最有效的处理方法。
This paper introduces a case of uneven settlement of pile foundation of commercial and residential buildings with six-story frame structure with manual digging pile. The reasons for the settlement are analyzed. The reinforcement plan of the piles on the side of the excavated pile is used to reinforce the foundation of the project, and the result is successful.
