The “Zhejiang Water Conservancy Scientific and Technological Information Symposium” participated by the Water Resources (Hydropower) Bureau of all regions, the units directly under the provincial bureau and the relevant offices attended the 6th to 8th July, 1979 in Hangzhou. Twenty-three representatives held talks on the achievements and experience gained since the symposium on water conservancy science and technology information in July 2006 in Pingfeng Mountain and the plan for future intelligence work. The meeting held that the work of water conservancy intelligence in our province has made achievements in the past three years: in ideology, we have realized that prefectural and county water conservancy departments, although undertaking mostly small and medium-sized projects, still have a very high degree of intelligence work
