当今世界面临着多变的经济环境、政策法规及自然条件,这些都将影响着矿业的可持续发展。Palabora井下矿山采用了一套先进的竖井系统。此系统为全新的应用与创新为一体的竖井系统。每一个采矿方法及生产工艺都经过研究、模拟仿真及创新,确保每个环节都经过精心的设计比选,而不是简单的依靠过去的使用经验。工艺的科学性包括依靠技术手段达到最低的运营成本及最高的产量。这个井下矿山系统后期的生产目标为1套达到30 kt/d规模的全自动化生产系统。从特殊的井塔、提升机、胶带机、罐道及井下装载系统等多个方面介绍了整个先进的竖井系统在Palabora井下矿山的应用。
Today’s world faces a changing economic environment, policies and regulations and natural conditions, which will affect the sustainable development of mining. Palabora’s underground mine employs an advanced shaft system. This system is a new shaft system with integrated application and innovation. Every mining method and production process is governed by research, simulations and innovations to ensure that each step is carefully engineered and compared, rather than simply relying on past experience. The scientific nature of the process involves relying on technical means to achieve the lowest operating costs and highest yields. The production target of this underground mining system in the later stage is a fully automated production system with a capacity of 30 kt / d. The application of the entire advanced shaft system to the Palabora mine is described in terms of special well towers, hoists, tape conveyors, tunnels and downhole loading systems.
