高技能人才是我国经济建设的一支重要力量,对其更为科学而完整的素质开发和潜力挖掘将给社会带来更为强劲的动力。随着社会的发展,高技能人才在企业实际工作中扮演着越来越多的角色,并因此有了更为丰富的工作内容。基于工作岗位的性质和内容以及市场对于高技能人才的现实需求,高技能人才的素质框架里主要包括了4个方面的内容:专业技能指标、管理能力指标、创新能力指标和综合性指标
