本文推导了计算非线性薄膜对称平板光波导TE模截止值的精确公式。给出了两个例子,计算结果与文献的结果吻合。本文的方法具有计算简单,适用范围广的特点。
In this paper, the exact formula for calculating the TE mode cut-off value of a nonlinear thin film symmetric slab optical waveguide is deduced. Two examples are given, and the calculated results are in good agreement with the literature. The method in this paper has the characteristics of simple calculation and wide application.
