提出一种新的塑料注射成形过程在线检测方法,利用超声波在异质界面的反射与透射行为以及对温度和压强的响应特性,研究注射成形过程中无定形塑料聚苯乙烯(GPPS)和结晶型塑料聚丙烯(PP)的超声衰减行为,探讨工艺参数(模具温度和保压压力)对无定形塑料超声衰减行为的影响规律.实验结果表明:超声衰减信号能准确反映出塑料熔体的注射、冷却、收缩以及结晶过程信息,可用于注射成形过程的在线检测.
A new on-line detection method of plastic injection molding process is proposed. By using the reflection and transmission of ultrasonic wave at the heterogeneous interface and the response to temperature and pressure, the properties of amorphous plastic polystyrene (GPPS) and crystalline The influence of process parameters (mold temperature and packing pressure) on the ultrasonic attenuation behavior of amorphous plastic was discussed.The results show that the ultrasonic attenuation signal can accurately reflect the injection of plastic melt, Cooling, shrinkage and crystallization process information, can be used for online testing of injection molding process.
