通过拉伸实验和冲击实验分析了热处理工艺对NM400耐磨钢力学性能的影响。结果表明:随回火温度的升高,强度值都先升后降,而伸长率的变化则是200℃回火比淬火态钢板高,随回火温度升高,伸长率也是先升后降。冲击试验结果表明,钢板的冲击断口形貌主要为大量解理断口或准解理断口,部分试样存在有少量纤维状断口,它表示具有良好的韧性。
The tensile test and impact test were used to analyze the effect of heat treatment on the mechanical properties of NM400 wear-resistant steel. The results show that with the increase of tempering temperature, the value of strength increases first and then decreases, while the change of elongation is that the tempering at 200 ℃ is higher than that of quenched steel. With the tempering temperature increasing, the elongation increases first After falling. Impact test results show that the impact fracture surface of the plate is mainly a large number of cleavage fracture or quasi-cleavage fracture, some of the sample there is a small amount of fibrous fracture, it shows good toughness.
