对Fe-1.4C合金进行退火、淬火、回火等热处理,用金相显微镜及扫描电镜观察试样的金相组织,并做了硬度测量。分析得出:Fe-1.4C合金的退火组织为片状珠光体与网状碳化物,珠光体片间距较大;Fe-1.4C合金的淬火组织为片状马氏体,回火后组织为细针状回火马氏体;通过观察淬火组织和回火组织照片发现Fe-1.4C合金的淬火组织中存在大量显微裂纹,回火可以使显微裂纹明显减少。
The Fe-1.4C alloy annealing, quenching, tempering and other heat treatment, with a metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope to observe the microstructure of the sample, and made a hardness measurement. The results show that the annealing microstructure of Fe-1.4C alloy is lamellar pearlite and reticular carbides, and the spacing of pearlite is larger. The quenched structure of Fe-1.4C alloy is sheet martensite, and the microstructure after tempering is Fine needle-like tempered martensite; by observing the quenched and tempered microstructure pictures, it is found that there are a large number of micro-cracks in the quenched structure of the Fe-1.4C alloy, and tempering can obviously reduce the micro-cracks.
