气枪喷嘴广泛地应用于工业除水除尘中 ,但如何直接量化衡量和评价气枪喷嘴的除尘效果或效率 ,是一个非常困难且有意义的问题。本文作者提出了通过图像处理的方式 ,利用除尘前后粒子的浓度同所反射的光强的相应关系来测算气枪喷嘴的除尘效率的方法。此法能有效地对全场表面的除尘效率分布进行较为精确的测算 ,且操作简便、可重复性强。利用该方法对影响气枪喷嘴除尘效率的多个因素 ;如一次侧压力、喷嘴到平板的距离和射流攻角进行了研究 ,得到了一些有益的结论。这些结论对于了解喷嘴的除尘工作原理及对其进一步改良和优化具有很重要的意义。
Airsoft nozzles are widely used in industrial water and dust removal, but how to directly quantify and evaluate the dust removal efficiency or efficiency of the air gun nozzle is a very difficult and significant problem. The author put forward a method to calculate the dust removal efficiency of the air gun nozzle through the image processing method and using the corresponding relationship between the particle concentration and the reflected light intensity before and after dust removal. This method can effectively predict the distribution of dust removal efficiency on the entire surface and has the advantages of simple operation and strong repeatability. A number of factors that affect the dust removal efficiency of the air gun nozzle, such as the primary pressure, the distance between the nozzle and the plate and the angle of attack of the jet, were studied by this method. Some useful conclusions were obtained. These conclusions are very important to understand the working principle of the dust removal nozzle and to further improve and optimize it.
