近年来,医疗行业竟争日益激烈,医患矛盾集中爆发,市场的不确定性不断加大,医院已经变成高风险行业。与此同时,新医改政策牵一发而动全身,对医院整体人才体系也发起了新的挑战。构建科学、合理的用人机制,完善人才选拔和激励制度是形成良好的医院与职工关系、营造良好的工作氛围和工作环境,进一步提高医院职工工作效率的有效措施。同时,亦有利于进一步激发医院职工的工作积极性和主动性,促其自觉地投入工作过程,努力完成本职工作。实践亦证明,完善的人才选拔和激励机制能够更为全面、深入的发挥人才支撑作用,优化医院内部人力、物力资源,并根据市场发展的不断变化,制定最为科学合理的发展决策,推动医院可持续发展战略的实现。本文主要概述了人才选拔与激励机制对医院的作用及其现实问题,并结合实践提出了相关完善建议,以期为医院构建完备的人才选拔体系,实现激励目的提供有益参考。
In recent years, the increasingly fierce competition in the medical industry, the concentration of contradictions between doctors and patients, increasing market uncertainty, the hospital has become a high-risk industry. In the meantime, the new medical reform policy has taken the lead and made its first move. It has also launched a new challenge to the hospital’s overall talent system. Constructing a scientific and reasonable employment mechanism and improving talent selection and incentive system are effective measures to form a good relationship between hospital and staff, create a good working atmosphere and working environment, and further enhance the working efficiency of hospital staff. At the same time, it is also conducive to further stimulating the enthusiasm and initiative of hospital staff and motivating them to voluntarily devote themselves to the work process and strive to complete their work. Practice has also proved that a sound talent selection and incentive mechanism can play a more comprehensive and in-depth role of talent support, optimize the internal human and material resources, and make the most scientific and rational development decisions based on the ever-changing market development so as to promote The realization of sustainable development strategy. This paper mainly summarizes the role and practical problems of the mechanism of talent selection and incentive mechanism in hospitals, and puts forward some relevant suggestions based on the practice so as to provide a useful reference for the hospital to build a complete talent selection system and achieve the goal of encouragement.
