资料是重要的情报源。要充分发挥情报工作在四化建设中的作用,资料收集显得分外重要。当前值得注意的一种动向是,科技人员一方面千方百计地寻找资料,另一方面却又在竭力封锁本单位的科究成果及资料,前一点给情报工作带来了动力,增添了活力,后一点给资料的收集、管理、流通等确实已带来一系列新的问题,资料收集越来越少,困难越来越多,使情报人员深有力不从心之感。过去,我室资料来源大致有下列几方面:1.本所的各种科研报告;2.科技人员外出参加各种学术讨论会、情报交流会或技术鉴定会等带回来的资料;3.外单位赠阅、交换或向它们购买、复
Information is an important source of information. To fully bring into play the role of intelligence work in the four modernizations, data collection is of particular importance. At present, one trend that merits attention is that on the one hand, scientific and technical personnel are trying every means to find information. On the other hand, they are trying their utmost to block the scientific research results and materials of their own units. The former has given impetus to the intelligence work and added vitality to the latter. A little bit of information collection, management, circulation and so on have indeed brought a series of new problems. With fewer and fewer data collections and more difficulties, intelligence personnel have a sense of powerlessness. In the past, my room source of information in the following areas: 1. Our various scientific research reports; 2.
