为了推动我市科技体制改革的深入发展,沈阳市科委会同市石油化工设计研究院、机电设计研究院、建筑工程研究所等单位,从去年10月开始,调查了我市独立科研单位取消事业费实行经济自立的情况,现将调查情况简要介绍如下: 一、研究所实行经济自立有了新发展沈阳市现有56个独立研究所,其中属于技术开发型的有38个,这类所拥有职工4612人,科技人员占总数的48.5%,约为2236人;隶属局管的研究所有20个,占总数的52.6%,其余则属公司或企业管理。它们的经费来源,由财政拨款的有17个,占总数的44.7%,其余则由公司利润提成或企业自筹资金。
