目的 :研究 γ射线对味觉组织的影响 ,探讨射线照射引起味觉改变的机制。 方法 :对犬口腔行 6 0 Coγ射线常规剂量照射 ,实验分两组 :对照组 (3只 )和实验组 (9只 ) ,实验组犬分别于照射后 1,3,6个月处死并进行组织学观察。结果 :照射后味蕾变化主要为味蕾细胞排列不规则 ,味细胞减少 ,而味蕾形态无变化 ;菌状乳头变化不明显 ;丝状乳头变化较大 ,尤其照射后 1个月损伤最明显 ,以后逐渐恢复。结论 :常规剂量照射引起的味觉组织损伤是可恢复的 ,但完全恢复需要较长时间。照射对味觉组织的损伤作用可能是放疗患者味觉改变的主要原因。
Objective: To study the effect of γ-rays on taste tissue and to explore the mechanism of ray-induced changes in taste. METHODS: Oral doses of 60 Co gamma rays were dosed to the dogs.
