采用文献资料法,以吉登斯的结构化和消费社会理论作为分析工具,梳理休闲体育的历史渊源和地位变迁演变,探寻休闲与体育互构背后的本质动因,并针对休闲体育的异化提出了救赎的对策性建议。研究认为:纵观休闲体育的历史渊源和变迁,休闲体育的发展和变革顺应了特定时代的社会文化;休闲与体育的边界日益模糊,在后现代背景中发生了相互解构和建构;休闲与体育的互构既是个体化和反叛化的集体行动也是人们对身体赋权和人的主体价值的重新审视;在这一过程中,休闲体育一度丧失了其理想维度,被工具化和消费化,进而造成阶层固化和人的异化。由此提出了树立人本主义休闲体育理念和行业恪守自觉与自治的伦理救赎原则。

It puts forward the principle of establishing the concept of humanistic leisure sports and the ethical salvation principle that the industry abide by the consciousness and autonomy.
