在“一带一路”倡议的引领下,中国高铁进一步走出国门,瞄准海外市场。中国高铁近年在“走出去”的过程中面临着诸多困境,但在中东伊斯兰宗教大国的高铁项目却呈现出“一枝独秀”的局面。麦加朝觐轻轨的成功运营成为中国高铁“走出去”的先行,其后中国承建并稳步推进沙特朝觐高铁和伊朗朝圣高铁两项以信仰为基础的宗教政治工程,这些项目的成功落地和发展事实上已成为中国高铁“走出去”的突破口,伊斯兰因素在其中发挥了“正能量”的作用。在伊斯兰宗教大国朝觐项目的成功建设为中国高铁真正意义上的“走出去”奠定了基础,并由此走向伊斯兰世界并进一步走向全世界。
Under the lead of the “Belt and Road Initiatives”, China’s high-speed rail further goes abroad and aims at overseas markets. In recent years, China’s high-speed railways have faced many difficulties in the process of “going global.” However, the high-speed rail project in the Islamic religious power in the Middle East has shown a “stand alone” situation. Successful operation of the Hajj Khanda Light Rail became the first of China’s high-speed rail “going global.” Afterwards, China constructed and steadily promoted two faith-based religious and political projects of the Hajj pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia and the Iranian high-speed rail. The success of these projects landed and In fact, development has become a breakthrough point for China’s high-speed railway “going out”, in which Islamic factors have played a role of “positive energy.” The successful construction of pilgrimage programs in Islamic religious greatities has laid the foundation for the true “go-abroad” of China’s high-speed railway and has thus moved to the Islamic world and further to the entire world.
