伴随着社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善,经济全球化程度不断深化,企业作为我国经济发展的重要力量之一,获得长足发展。在当前改革开放不断推进之下,各种思想意识充斥于社会大环境之中,企业也不可避免地受到社会思潮的影响。因此,在全新的发展形势下,我国企业政工工作面临着全新的挑战,如何更好地开展企业政工工作成为企业的一大工作重点。本文立足于当前我国企业政工工作的现状,从企业政工工作对企业发展的作用分析,指出了企业政工工作中存在的问题,并针对存在的问题提出了合理性的对策。希望本文可以带给相关人员一些借鉴和思考,为我国企业政工工作的实践与探索注入新的动力和活力。
With the continuous improvement of the socialist market economic system and the deepening of economic globalization, enterprises have made great strides as one of the important forces in the economic development of our country. Under the current progress of reform and opening up, all kinds of ideology are filled in the social environment, and enterprises are also inevitably influenced by social ideological trends. Therefore, under the new development situation, the political and military work in our country is facing new challenges. How to carry out the work of political work in enterprises becomes a major task of the enterprise. Based on the current situation of our country’s enterprise political work, this article analyzes the function of the enterprise political work to the enterprise development, points out the existing problems in the enterprise political work, and puts forward the reasonable countermeasures according to the existing problems. I hope this article can bring some reference and thinking to relevant personnel and inject new impetus and vitality into the practice and exploration of our country’s enterprise political work.
