利用XRD技术研究了沉积金属盐结合水热处理引起的HY型沸石晶胞收缩。结果表明 ,金属盐的存在对水热处理引起的Y型沸石晶胞收缩具有促进或抑制作用。这种作用取决于金属盐水溶液或金属盐热分解生成的金属氧化物的酸碱性质。酸性氛围对HY型沸石晶胞收缩有利 ,反之亦然。沉积硝酸铝或钼酸铵的存在明显强化了HY型沸石晶胞收缩。对硝酸铝这种作用归因于盐溶液的酸性 ;对钼酸铵这种作用归因于热分解生成的酸性金属氧化物。变化铝盐引入量和水热处理温度 ,发现沉积铝盐对HY型分子筛晶胞收缩的影响可通过增加盐引入量和提高水热处理温度进一步加强
X-ray diffraction (XRD) technique was used to study the cell shrinkage of HY-type zeolite caused by the combined heat treatment of metal salts. The results show that the presence of metal salts can promote or inhibit the shrinkage of unit cell of Y-type zeolite caused by hydrothermal treatment. This effect depends on the acid-base nature of the metal oxide produced by the thermal decomposition of the aqueous metal salt solution or metal salt. Acidic atmosphere on the HY zeolite unit cell contraction, and vice versa. The presence of deposited aluminum nitrate or ammonium molybdate significantly enhanced the cell shrinkage of the HY zeolite. This effect on aluminum nitrate is attributed to the acidity of the salt solution; this effect on ammonium molybdate is attributed to the acidic metal oxides formed by thermal decomposition. Changes in the amount of introduction of aluminum and hydrothermal treatment temperature and found that the deposition of aluminum on the HY zeolite unit cell shrinkage can be increased by increasing the amount of salt and hydrothermal treatment to further enhance the temperature
