目的:建立以活性主成分定量的竹节参总皂苷活性相关质量评价方法。方法:通过优化得到的竹节参总皂苷提取工艺制备竹节参总皂苷提取物,高效液相色谱法测定提取物中主成分含量,将这些主成分配制成与药材提取物总皂苷中含量相当浓度的主成分群,以体外抗氧化模型评价主成分群与提取物活性成分差异。结果:总皂苷提取物体外抗氧化活性为71.30 U·g-1,其中竹节参皂苷V含量24.9 mg·g-1、竹节参皂苷Ⅳa含量为90.6 mg·g-1、竹节参皂苷Ⅳ含量为38.7 mg·g-1、Pjs-2含量为41.1 mg·g-1,主成分群体外抗氧化能力为64.79 U·g-1。结论:以竹节参总皂苷主成分竹节参皂苷V、竹节参皂苷Ⅳa、竹节参皂苷Ⅳ、Pjs-2作为药效评价指标的准确性高,具有一定的科学性、合理性,竹节参总皂苷供试品中竹节参皂苷V含量应≥24.9 mg·g-1,竹节参皂苷Ⅳa含量≥90.6 mg·g-1,竹节参皂苷Ⅳ含量≥38.7 mg·g-1,Pjs-2含量≥39.6 mg·g-1。
