前列腺特异性膜抗原(PSMA)高表达于前列腺癌及其转移灶中,可作为生物分子靶点,在前列腺癌的早期诊断、分期、复发检测、预后判断及靶向治疗中具有重要价值。本文重点综述以核素标记PSMA小分子抑制剂为探针的前列腺癌分子影像研究进展。
Prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) is highly expressed in prostate cancer and its metastasis and can be used as a bio-molecular target. It is of great value in the early diagnosis, staging, recurrence detection, prognosis judgment and targeted therapy of prostate cancer. This review focuses on molecular imaging of prostate cancer with the probe of PSMA small molecule inhibitors as a probe.
