目的对1983-2012年新疆建设兵团发生的食物中毒进行流行病学分析。方法收集、统计各年食物中毒资料分析。结果 1983-2012年共发生455起食物中毒事件,食物中毒4479人,死亡57人,食物中毒发生率0.017人/10万,病死率1.27%。细菌性食物中毒,占总数的26%,第三季度发生是全年的高峰,占食物中毒起数49.2%,引起食物中毒的食品主要有卤肉制品、自制豆制品、野磨菇、粮食等占食物中毒的50%以上。结论应加强宣传,制定针对性防治措施,降低食物中毒的发生。
Objective To analyze the epidemiology of food poisoning in Xinjiang Construction Corps from 1983 to 2012. Methods to collect, statistics, food poisoning data analysis. Results A total of 455 food poisoning incidents occurred in 1983-2012, with 4479 food poisonings and 57 deaths. The incidence of food poisoning was 0.017 per 100 000 and the case fatality rate was 1.27%. Bacterial food poisoning, accounting for 26% of the total, occurred in the third quarter is the peak year, accounting for 49.2% of the total number of food poisoning, food poisoning caused by the main loin meat products, homemade soy products, mushrooms, food, etc. More than 50% of food poisoning. Conclusions Publicity should be strengthened to formulate targeted prevention and control measures to reduce the incidence of food poisoning.
