本文观察了福建乌龙茶品种叶的结构,有:铁观音、福建水仙、毛蟹、黄(?)、奇兰、梅占、大叶乌龙和本山八个品种的叶子,利用扫描电子显微镜观察了叶表面的结构和光学显微镜下观察叶片内部结构。从叶片结构观察品种间具有共同特征:都是两层栅栏组织(图Ⅰ_1)而且叶的下表皮都具有分泌功能的腺鳞结构(图Ⅰ_(2,3))。因此,就结构本身是具备了香味的来源。但在品种间结构上仍有差异。如气
In this paper, we observed the leaf structure of oolong tea varieties in Fujian province, including leaves of Tieguanyin, Fujian Narcissus, hairy crab, yellow (?), Qiran, Meizhan, Da Yeolong and Mount Bei.
