随着矽肺病研究的进展,对矽肺病的诊断有了进一步的认识,同时不断发现和提出新的矽肺诊断课题。1963年修订公布的“矽尘作业工人医疗预防措施办法”中规定的矽肺诊断标准(以下简称“标准”)在过去起到很大作用,对大多数的矽肺病的诊断是适用的,但对于在矽肺病诊断中提出一些新问题,如先从两上肺野出现的矽肺病的诊断,矽肺的非典型融合块的诊断,间质型矽肺的诊断都还存在一定的问题,因此对“标准”有必要进行适当的修改和补充,以求更加完善。目前虽然都注意到间质型矽肺的诊断,但意见还不够一致,特别是对间质型矽肺的早期诊断问题,往往因认识和意见不一致而在诊断上引起争论,最后而被放置长期列为观察对象,以致造成“晚诊”“冒诊”和“误诊”。由于我们在矽肺诊断工作中也碰到一些间质型矽肺诊断问题,因此提出来讨论。
