用结扎双侧颈总动脉合并血压下降法,造成大鼠不完全性脑缺血模型,观察益气活血法对急性缺血脑组织中一氧化氮(NO)及自由基含量的影响。结果显示,益气组、活血组和益气活血组海马组织NO含量均低于模型组(P<0.05),3个用药组大脑皮层脑组织过氧化脂质(LPO)生成减少(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.05),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性升高(P<0.05,P<0.001,P<0.01),活血组、益气活血组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性升高(均为P<0.001)。提示益气法、活血法、益气活血法可能是通过减少缺血脑组织中NO的生成,减轻NO介导的神经毒性作用,提高自由基清除酶的活性,抑制脂质过氧化反应,而对缺血性脑组织损伤起保护作用的。
The bilateral common carotid artery with blood pressure drop method was used to establish the model of incomplete cerebral ischemia in rats.
