本文提供了一种暂堵剂酸化试验研究方法。对暂堵剂的油溶性、粒度分布及在酸液中的稳定性和暂堵剂与酸液的配伍性进行了试验分析,采用特殊设计的暂堵酸化试验仪器,分别研究了暂堵剂对岩芯的暂堵效率,在产出液中解堵效率,及不同渗透率岩芯的暂堵分流效率.模拟实际酸化过程的注酸顺序,进行了暂堵酸化试验研究。结果表明,采用DZ-1暂堵齐,其油溶性好,在酸液中表现为惰性,与酸液及添加剂配伍性好,并联岩芯酸化时能有效地暂堵分流,使低渗透岩芯吸酸量增大,均匀改善了各不同渗透性岩芯的最终渗透率,提高了酸化效果。结果分析表明,采用暂堵剂酸化技术可有效地解决渗透率差异较大的多层油藏均匀吸酸,均匀解堵问题,而无需进行其它分层措施,是一项值得推广的砂岩酸化新技术。
