目的通过检测糖尿病患者mAlb、β2-MG、α1-MG、IgG含量水平,探讨其在糖尿病肾病的早期诊断、治疗中的临床意义。方法采用放射免疫法测定(RIA)检测62例糖尿病患者mAlb、mAlb、β2-MG、α1-MG、IgG含量水平,并进行比较分析。结果 mAlb、β2-MG、α1-MG、IgG在各组测定值呈依次增高趋势(对照组<无肾病糖尿病组<尿蛋白阴性组<尿蛋白阳性组),尿蛋白阴性组、尿蛋白阳性组升高明显。结论 mAlb、IgG、β2-MG、α1-MG检测有利于糖尿病肾病的早期发现并及时治疗,延长糖尿病肾病患者生命,提高其生存质量,降低肾功能衰竭的风险,具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To detect the levels of mAlb, β2-MG, α1-MG and IgG in diabetic patients and investigate its clinical significance in the early diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods The levels of mAlb, mAb, β2-MG, α1-MG and IgG in 62 diabetic patients were detected by radioimmunoassay (RIA), and compared with each other. Results The levels of mAlb, β2-MG, α1-MG and IgG in each group increased in sequence (control group, no diabetic nephropathy group, urinary protein negative group, urinary protein positive group, urine protein negative group and urine protein positive group Significantly increased. Conclusion The detection of mAlb, IgG, β2-MG and α1-MG is beneficial to the early detection and treatment of diabetic nephropathy. It has important clinical significance to prolong the life of patients with diabetic nephropathy, improve their quality of life and reduce the risk of renal failure.
