“以人为本”是时代对高等教育提出的新要求,在民族院校,应全面贯彻“以人为本”的原则,自觉地将“以人为本”的理念贯穿教育教学的全过程。而在装潢设计专业教育教学活动中,“以人为本”的理念应具体体现在培养学生的欣赏能力和审美情趣;理论结合实践,培养创新型实用人才;做好学生真正的导师,成为学生的良师益友;尊重学生的学习主体地位;善于激发学生的探索欲望以及让学生体验成功的喜悦等方面。
“People-oriented ” is the new requirements put forward by the times for higher education. In ethnic universities, the principle of “people-oriented ” should be fully implemented and the concept of “people-oriented ” should be conscientiously adopted throughout the whole process of education and teaching.
