机械层燃炉排的漏煤问题,直接影响着燃烧设备的燃烧效率。往复炉排的漏煤量,相对来说是比较大的。为了解决往复炉排的漏煤问题,我们参考国外有关资料,于1981年设计并试制成功了一种球面凸缘往复炉排,即单个炉排片的两侧各设计有四个球面凸缘和凹部(见图1)。拼装后,其凸缘和凹部相互咬合,从平面上看呈S形(见图2)。从断面上看,其通风缝隙也是S形(见图3)。每排炉排的最边上一块为一侧不带凸缘和
Mechanical layer of gas grate coal leakage, a direct impact on the combustion efficiency of combustion equipment. Reciprocating grate leakage of coal, relatively speaking, is relatively large. In order to solve the coal leakage problem of reciprocating grate, we refer to the relevant foreign information, in 1981, the successful design and trial production of a spherical flange reciprocating grate, that is, a single grate on both sides of the design of the four spherical flange and recess (see picture 1). After assembling, the flange and the recess engage with each other and are S-shaped in plan view (see FIG. 2). Seen from the cross-section, the ventilation gap is also S-shaped (see Figure 3). The side of each row of grate on the side without flange and
