随着新课程的推出我们可以知道,在数学教学中学生永远都是学习的主体,而教师则是伴随学生学习的一个引导者、组织者与合作者。所以教师要充分理清教学中“教”与“学”之间的相互关系,在教的基础上让学生能够学有所成,并且不再受传统观念的束缚,而是树立新型的教学观念,改变那种“填鸭式”的教学形式,要知道教育教学的目的不仅仅存在于知识的传授,更多地是通过实践活动让初中生们逐步的掌握良好的行为方式。当然要想提高初中数学教学质量,并且取得良好的教学成果,还需要老师认真研究与探索新型的教学方法,并加以结合,从而形成有效的教学策略。当然实践与理论的结合往往更能够让学生将基础知识掌握的更加牢固,所以教师还是不能忽略一切对教学效率的提高有帮助的方法。
