采用自由基溶液聚合法,以C9馏分为原料,马来酸酐、丙烯酸为共聚单体,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,丙酮为溶剂,石油醚为萃取剂,制备了C9-MA-AA水溶性石油树脂。通过正交实验,考察了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比、引发剂用量、溶剂用量对C9-MA-AA共聚物转化率及阻垢率的影响。实验结果表明,w(引发剂)=8%,w(溶剂)=50%,于65℃恒温5.0 h,当n(双环戊二烯)∶n(MA)∶n(AA)=1∶1∶1.5时,C9-MA-AA共聚物产率最高可达83.01%,阻垢率为60.18%。该研究新颖性已为广东省科学技术情报研究所于2009年12月16日出具的第A2009340号和第20095489号《科技查新报告》所证实。
C9-MA-AA was prepared by free radical polymerization, using C9 fraction as raw material, maleic anhydride and acrylic acid as comonomer, azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator, acetone as solvent and petroleum ether as extractant Water-soluble petroleum resin. Through orthogonal experiment, the effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, raw material ratio, initiator dosage and solvent dosage on the conversion rate and scale inhibition rate of C9-MA-AA copolymer were investigated. The experimental results show that when n (dicyclopentadiene): n (MA): n (AA) = 1: 1 at w (initiator) = 8% and w : 1.5, C9-MA-AA copolymer yield up to 83.01%, scale inhibition rate of 60.18%.
