2 0世纪 30年代初 ,南京国民政府在赣、鄂、皖、豫、闽 5省收复区推行特种教育 ,以期达到“清剿”共产党 ,救济地方社会 ,发展乡村教育的目的。但由于南京国民政府把“清共”和控制民众放在优先地位 ,使特种教育在前期未能办理社会工作 ,而成为反共的工具。抗战时期 ,特种教育对培养民族意识、动员民众支持抗战起了一定作用。
In the early 1930s, the Nanjing National Government promoted special education in the recovery areas of the five provinces of Jiangxi, Hubei, Anhui, Henan and Fujian in order to achieve the goal of “clearing up” the Communist Party, relieving local communities and developing rural education. However, since the Nanjing National Government gave priority to the “Communist Party” and the control of the general public, special education became a tool of anti-communism because it failed to handle social work in the early days. During the war of resistance against Japan, special education played a certain role in cultivating national consciousness and mobilizing the public to support the war of resistance.
