近年来,随着我国改革开放的深入以及对教育投入的加大,一些年纪轻、学历高的青年正步入每个工作岗位,成为各行业发展的骨干力量。作为烟草行业,尤其是烟草工业企业,青年员工更是成为企业的中坚力量,他们的素质和能力直接影响着企业未来的发展。因此,在当前行业面临下行压力增大的新常态下,研究青年员工的思想状态及特点,有针对性地做好青年员工的培养和引导、全面提升青年员工的综合素质,使他们真正成为新常态下烟草企业发展的建设者和接班人,是当前烟草企业思想政治工作面临的一个紧迫任务。
