2104年五月,国务院提出了加快发展现代职业教育的决定,采取试点推动、示范引领等方式,引导一批普通本科高等学校向应用技术类型高等学校转型,重点举办本科职业教育。在此大环境下,对转型院校在校大学生就业素质的培养研究就显得十分重要。由于不同层次的高校培养目标不尽相同,本文所指转型院校主要是指普通二本院校。笔者对其所在院校即将毕业大学生的就业观念、就业心理、就业能力和市场营销专业毕业生就业情况做了专项调查分析,结合转型院校大学生就业素质培养中的现状进行了系统的分析,提出了转型院校市场营销专业大学生就业素质培养中存在的问题以及相应的解决方案,为解决就业困境,做好高校的转型发展具有一定的参考意义。
In May 2104, the State Council put forward the decision of accelerating the development of modern vocational education. By piloting and demonstrating pilot projects, the State Council guided a number of ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities to transform their applied technology-based higher education institutions and placed emphasis on undergraduate vocational education. In this environment, it is very important to study the cultivation of employment qualities of college graduates in transitional colleges. As different levels of college training objectives vary, this article refers to the transformation of institutions mainly refers to two ordinary institutions. The author makes a special investigation and analysis on the employment concept, employment psychology, employability and employment status of graduating students in the universities where they are graduates, and systematically analyzes the status quo in the training of graduates’ employment qualifications in transitional colleges and universities and puts forward The problems existing in the employment quality training of the transition majors in marketing colleges and their corresponding solutions are of certain reference significance for solving the employment predicament and doing a good job in the transformation and development of colleges and universities.
