《北京市预算审查监督条例》于今年3月1日正式实施,为本市构建现代财政制度、预算审查监督制度提供了法治保障。这部法规的修订体现了全面依法治国的时代精神和预算法的具体要求,体现了问题导向和本市工作实际,在修订过程、内容及实施方面有以下特点。
The “Regulations on the Examination, Examination and Supervision of Beijing Municipality” were officially implemented on March 1 this year and provided the rule of law protection for the establishment of the modern financial system and the budget examination and supervision system in the municipality. The revision of this statute reflects the specific requirements of the times and the law governing the country according to law.
