在训练中经常采用的训练手段分为一般身体训练和专项身体训练两大部分,其中专项身体训练手段对运动成绩的提高起到非常重要的作用,倍受教练员的重视。下面针对田径项目中采用的主要训练手段和方法谈一下笔者的看法和认识。
