目的:探讨鼻咽癌(NPC)组织中EphA2的表达情况及其与肿瘤发生、发展、侵袭、转移、新生血管生成和预后的相关性。方法:常规免疫组织化学技术检测61例NPC和20例鼻咽部慢性炎症组织中EphA2的表达情况,并分析EphA2的表达与NPC临床病理特征和微血管密度之间的关系。结果:NPC组织EphA2阳性表达率显著高于鼻咽慢性炎症组织(P<0.01)。EphA2阳性表达与NPC临床分期、颈淋巴结和远处转移、5年生存率等临床病理特征有关(P<0.05)。NPC组织中EphA2阳性表达者的微血管密度值显著高于阴性者(P<0.01)。结论:EphA2可能参与NPC的发生、发展、侵袭及转移,促进NPC的新生血管生成,与预后呈负相关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of EphA2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and its relationship with tumorigenesis, development, invasion, metastasis, neovascularization and prognosis. Methods: The expressions of EphA2 in 61 NPC and 20 chronic nasopharyngeal inflammatory tissues were detected by routine immunohistochemistry. The relationship between EphA2 expression and clinicopathological features and microvessel density was analyzed. Results: The positive expression rate of EphA2 in NPC was significantly higher than that in nasopharyngeal chronic inflammation (P <0.01). The positive expression of EphA2 was associated with clinicopathological features such as NPC clinical stage, cervical lymph node and distant metastasis, 5-year survival rate (P <0.05). The microvessel density of NPC patients with EphA2 positive expression was significantly higher than that of negative (P <0.01). Conclusion: EphA2 may be involved in the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of NPC, and promote neovascularization of NPC, which is negatively correlated with prognosis.
