在伟大领袖和导师毛主席光辉的“七·二一”指示的指引下,在厂党委的直接领导下,我们于一九七五年十一月创办了哈尔滨电碳厂“七·二一”工人大学。根据我厂实际情况,开设了“电工碳素制品制造专业”,学制为二年半。第一期招收了26名学员,绝大部份是来自生产第一线的青年工人,其中女学员11名,老工人1名。近两年来,通过办学,我们逐步加深了对毛主席“七·二一”指示的认识,取得了一些经验,但也由于“四人邦”的干扰破坏,走过一些弯路,现把我们办学过程中的粗浅体会分述如下:
Directed by the glorious “July 21” instruction of Chairman Mao and the instructor, under the direct leadership of the factory party committees, we established the Harbin Electric Carbon Factory “July 21” in November 1975, Workers University. According to the actual situation of our factory, we have set up “Electrotechnical Carbon Products Manufacturing Specialty” with a total length of two and a half years. The first phase enrolled 26 trainees, the vast majority came from the front line of young workers, including 11 female trainees and 1 senior worker. In the past two years, through running schools, we have gradually deepened our understanding of Chairman Mao’s “July 21” directive and gained some experience. However, due to the interference and destruction by the “gang of four,” we have gone through some detours and are now running our school. The superficial experience in the process is as follows:
