Double-wavelength spectrophotometry has many advantages that single-wavelength method does not have, and therefore has drawn increasing attention. The precision of the dual wavelength method has been discussed, but only for dual wavelength instruments. The current domestic dual-wavelength instrument is not universal, the use of single-wavelength instrument to complete the dual-wavelength determination of those who use this single-wavelength instrument instead of dual-wavelength instrument for the determination of precision is a matter of concern, the study is clearly meaningful.
