目的评估正畸托槽与纤维夹板固定青少年外伤前牙的临床效果。方法选择13~18岁青少年前牙外伤患者48例,共67颗因意外伤害导致上前牙移位松动的门诊患者随机分为两组,分别采用正畸托槽固定法与纤维夹板固定法复位固定患牙,固定8周后通过临床和X线检查,比较其临床效果。结果两组患者固位效果稳定、无松脱,牙龈组织健康;去除固定后检查外伤牙均无松动,无叩痛;X线检查未见牙槽骨及牙根吸收现象。在美观及舒适方面纤维夹板固定法优于正畸托槽固定法。结论纤维夹板固定法比正畸托槽更为美观和舒适,是青少年外伤性前牙移位固定治疗的较为理想的选择。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of orthodontic brackets and fiber splints in adolescent traumatic anterior teeth. Methods Forty-eight cases of traumatic adolescent anterior teeth injury were collected from 13 to 18 years old. A total of 67 outpatients with loose loosening of anterior teeth were randomly divided into two groups. They were treated with orthodontic bracket fixation and fiber splint fixation Fixed teeth, fixed for 8 weeks after the clinical and X-ray examination to compare the clinical effect. Results The retention effect of the two groups was stable without loosening and the gingival tissues were healthy. There was no loosening and no percussion pain after the removal of the fixed traumatic teeth. There was no alveolar bone and root resorption in X-ray examination. In the beautiful and comfortable fiber splint fixation method is superior to orthodontic brackets. Conclusion Fiber splint fixation method is more aesthetically pleasing and more comfortable than orthodontic brackets. It is an ideal choice for the treatment of traumatic anterior teeth transposition in adolescent.
