734bp的GST-picDNA从质粒pGP5中回收后,采用平端连接技术将其重组到真核表达载体pSV2-neo上,筛选出正向连接重组体pSV2-GT ̄S和反向连接重组体pSV2-CT ̄AS。
734bp of GST-picDNA was recovered from plasmid pGP5 and then was recombined into the eukaryotic expression vector pSV2-neo by using the blunt end ligation technique. The positive recombinant plasmid pSV2-GT-S and the reverse-ligated recombinant pSV2-CT ¯AS.
