随着近年来我国高校现代化教育体制改革的全面深入,不仅对高校人才培养提出了新要求,同时也对高校管理工作的制定了新标准。在高校财务管理工作中,教职员工的工资制度一直是一个重要的组成部分。自2011正式实施高校绩效工资管理制度后,高校财务管理发生了根本变化。本文从财务管理制度视角,分析了高校实施绩效工资制度的意义、原则及影响,同时探讨了应如何更好地在高校推行绩效工资制度。
With the comprehensive and in-depth reform of the modernization education system in colleges and universities in recent years, it not only sets new requirements for the training of university personnel, but also sets new standards in the management of colleges and universities. In the financial management of colleges and universities, the salary system of faculty and staff has always been an important part. Since 2011, the formal implementation of college performance pay management system, the fundamental changes have taken place in the financial management of colleges and universities. From the perspective of financial management system, this paper analyzes the significance, principle and impact of implementing the performance pay system in colleges and universities. At the same time, it discusses how to implement the performance pay system in colleges and universities.
